IPPON aims to implement and enhance the SMEs participation to public procurements for the Mediterranean area, favouring networking and joint bids and removing obstacles for SMEs access to national and foreign markets and internationalization processe.
So the project main objectives are:
- implementing a system that can contribute the possibility for SMEs to be informed and to stay updated about calls and tenders, using also social media;
- re-training operators and SMEs staff abouthe participation to tenders and procurement;
- improving dialogue with the procurers, so to allows to SMEs to better understand and to know forecast procurements opportunities.
